Job Objective:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administration support to the Marketing & Communications Department at CGD India. The Assistant will support office and team functions including diary management, meeting support, personnel support, filing, travel arrangements and other tasks to assist the team in delivering the marketing and communications plan. The Assistant will support other office staff at AG&P CGD India regarding team finance matters, ensuring all team-related payments and invoices are processed as scheduled to ensure vendor service continuity. 
Scope and Responsibilities:
Administration support
Assists the Marketing team with coordination of marketing and communications activity as required.  Works in partnership with the other office members to ensure delivery of high-quality outputs in timely manner
Finance support
Ensures all team-related payments/invoices are processed by submitting the necessary documents as scheduled and following up internally and with vendors
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in an office environment working as part of a team
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Windows PC systems and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Acrobat and Adobe an advantage
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Able to deal with people at all levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work flexible hours
Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative function or related field
  • Must have worked previously in an office environment
