Graduate in Engineering with SAP certification.
Would be responsible to perform daily / weekly BASIS system checks according to established schedule and checking procedure on client systems. Pro-actively identifying any issues for resolution and implementing those resolutions. Updating client tickets generated with findings, observations, issues and resolutions. Ensuring system performance and availability meets Service Level Agreement targets. Implementing resolutions for alerts and incidents raised. Review Change Requests and provide the estimation of effort required to implement changes. Design and implement approved Change Requests. User creation and monitoring the usage and license Management.
  • Knowledge of Windows / UNIX / LINUX, ORACLE & SAPDB required.
  • Good understanding of  SAP HANA is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of interfaces & related issues.
  • Able to apply SAP support packages, add-ons, SAP notes and hot fixes etc.
  • Able to perform SAP Kernel upgrades.
  • Very good understanding of SAP Transport Management system
  • Good understanding of printer configuration & spool administration
  • Good understanding of SAP early watch services
  • Good understanding of SAP OSS configuration
  • Good understanding of SAP performance optimization & Tuning.
  • Database related activity like increasing database, creating data files, transaction log files, database consistency check etc.
  • Full knowledge on SAP’s 3 tier architecture.
  • Timely resolution BASIS, server related issues.
  • Should have experience in performance tuning.
  • Should have a strong customer focus and enjoy working on teams.
  • Together with the customer you analyze business requirements and processes with the aim of creating solutions tailored to the needs of the customer
  • Creation of  new users profiles and users access
  • Follow the Process of ITSM and documentation
  • Support to users in managing day to day business  and integration with Oracle EBS system.
