Job Objective:
Reporting to VP, Global Marketing & Communications, the Senior Manager - Branding & Creative Services is responsible for leading the company’s design team, providing branding and creative services to internal departments and the marketing team to produce high quality marketing templates, marketing collateral (logo development, posters, brochures, advertisements, eDM etc.), sales materials, PowerPoint presentations, branded merchandise, signage; and all internal communication materials (posters, stickers, newsletters, certificates, banners etc.). The Senior Marketing Manager - Branding & Creative Services is responsible for maintaining and enforcing the company’s Brand Style Guide.

Scope and Responsibilities:
  • Designing corporate, marketing and sales materials
  • Design and formatting company ppt presentations
  • Designing trade exhibition booths
  • Designing and formatting internal communications materials
  • Custodian of Brand Style Guide
Qualifications and Experiences:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Completed qualifications in graphic design or creative arts
  • Strong knowledge of and experience using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop)
  • Experience working with digital platforms, multimedia and HTML
  • Experienced in corporate and sales presentation materials
  • Experience with PowerPoint essential
  • Efficient time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to take a job from initial concept through to final delivery
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to be self-motivated, work independently and as a team player
  • Willingness to take on new challenges as required
Minimum Experience:
  • At least 10 years’ related experience, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an advertising or branding agency
  • Must have experience in B2B, energy and industrial sectors
